Quick turn-around time: Timing is important. Signing orders are processed and filled within 30 minutes.

Quality Control: You can depend on your documents being signed right the first time. Our notaries are required to fax for review all notarized documents, along with the Notice of Right To Cancel on every order. Notaries To Go, Inc. reviews the documents for proper signing as well as proper notarizations. All notaries are provided with current Right To Cancel Calendars, making sure this very important document is dated and signed properly. If there is an error, Notaries To Go, Inc. will take all necessary steps to ensure corrections are made and forwarded immediately.

Hours of Operation: Our office is open 7am to 7pm (PST) however, we are always available to our notaries and clients for questions at the signing table, regardless of day or time. Last minute requests are never problem.

Email Documents: Arranging a same day signing appointment is no problem with the availability of email documents and fax. We support our notaries after hours to ensure that your documents are downloaded and printed correctly.

Support During the Signing: Your customers are important to us. They will be treated in a courteous and professional manner. Our mobile notaries are provided with contact information for loan questions during the signing. If that person is not available they are trained and instructed to call us from the signing table if there are questions they cannot answer, during and after business hours.

Bi-lingual Notaries: We have several Spanish speaking notaries throughout the United States. We do our best to accommodate a signing order that requires a spanish speaking notary, no matter where your borrower lives.

On-Line Ordering, Status and Tracking: Through our web site you can easily request a notary. Once received, your order will be immediately processed and you will be notified by fax and/or email with notary information. When your documents are done being signed you will be notified by email with a signing confirmation and return package tracking information.
